I know too well that feeling about rebuilding. Had to dismantle my layout when I retired from the AF at McChord back in '93.
Wasn't until we visited my wife's relatives in Roma and southern Italy that the "bug" resurfaced. Now I'm trying to determine if
taking over the garage (and leaving the cars outside in the AZ sun) will doom my happy marriage life. Let me know how you make out with your progress.
